In most cases, businesses will retain the rights of any artwork made for them.

In most cases, the commissioner will not retain the rights to personal commissions.

However we retain the rights to post them in our gallery or advertisements.

We know secrecy is needed to keep your business ahead of the competitors. We can set the expiration date and other specification of the NDA that suits your businesses.

NDA is also available for personal commissions if it is for a birthday, holiday, or other special occasions.

Absolutely not! Our contract will include clauses that prohibit any minting and selling artworks and designs as an NFT. There will be heavy financial penalty if this clause is broken.
